退款
退款可以說refund，這個詞既可以做名詞，也可以做動詞用。
比如，名詞例句：
You can return the dress and ask for a refund。
親可以把裙子退了，然後申請退款哦。
做動詞用時，後面接的賓語既可以是錢，也可以是人：
If you‘re not delighted with your purchase， we guarantee to refund your money in full。
親如果對商品不滿意，我們保證全額退款哦。
I’ll refund you for the apples and any other damage。
這些蘋果和其他損壞的商品，這邊是可以辦理退款的哦。
退貨換貨
有多少人瘋狂網購完了，收到貨後又退回去一半的？
退貨的英文很簡單，就是return，換貨就是exchange。
例句：

在這種情況下，如果你要退換這件毛衣，就必須自付運費了。
定金
大家參加“雙11”預售活動（presale），只有當定金支付完成之後，商品才會加入購物車。定金的英文是“Deposit”。
例句：

我們付了100美元的真皮沙發定金。
上面例句裡的down是指預付部分金額。
此外，Deposit還有一個常見含義是“存款”。
例句：
Deposits can be made at any branch。
在任何一家分行都可以存錢。
因此，存款賬戶就是deposit account， 存款保險就是deposit insurance。
尾款
在淘寶賣家規定的時間範圍內付尾款，消費者才能享受商家提供的優惠。如果現實中消費者無法在規定時間內付款，預售定金不予退還。
尾款的英文是“Balance”。

首付

收藏加購

收藏加購的英文叫做“save items to the wishlist”或者“add items to the wishlist”。
清空購物車
這句話可不是說把購物車的東西都刪掉，而是把購物車裡的商品都買下。所以它的英文自然也有了，那就是“pay for all the items in the cart”。
