大家可以看一下今天的這幅畫，已改往常的平靜，十分對立的色彩，讓人不安；畫面中的老人，佝僂著背，坐在門前，歲月似乎已經將他的一切都剝奪了。唯一留下的就是手上的那隻貓；這隻貓也是整幅畫面上的一個重要的視覺點：

貓匍匐在老人的懷裡，老人用大手撫慰著貓咪，看似力量的大手卻是如此的溫柔；但是貓卻是睜大的雙眼，警覺的注視著窯洞裡的一切，感覺下一秒鐘就要從老人的懷中掙脫，這隻貓的形態給了畫面一種不穩定的因素；而老人卻絲毫沒有察覺；

門外的不遠處，樹立著這裡唯一的電線杆，似乎是這裡唯一與外界相通的地方，也是老人每天都在眺望的遠方；似乎在這個世界的某一個地方，還有老人的牽掛；

而身邊唯一陪伴著自己的，只有那隻時刻都想“逃走”的貓；
